for the use of Presight OpenRisk
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Presight OpenRisk made through our platform.
1.2 By subscribing to or purchasing our service, the User agrees to this Refund Policy.
1.3 Refunds are provided only in specific cases as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Technical Issues or Service Downtime
- If the SaaS Solution experiences significant, prolonged downtime (beyond our SLA commitments), Users may request a partial or full refund based on the severity of the issue.
- The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the affected period.
2.2 Billing Errors
- If a User is wrongfully charged due to a billing error, we will issue a full refund of the incorrect charge upon verification.
2.3 Failure to Deliver Services
- If we fail to provide the service as described in our Terms of Service, a full refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind – Users cannot request refunds simply because they no longer wish to use the service.
- Failure to Cancel – If a User does not cancel a subscription before renewal, they are responsible for the charges.
- Violation of Terms of Service – If the User is banned or suspended due to violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund

- The request should include:
- Order details (invoice number, date of purchase).
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., error messages, service logs).
4.2 Processing Time
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take 3-14 days to appear in the User's account.
5. EU Consumer Rights & Compliance
5.1 EU Cooling-Off Period (For Consumers Only)
- Under EU consumer protection laws, individual consumers (not businesses) may have a 14-day right to cancel certain online purchases.
- This right does not apply if:
- The service has been fully used or delivered within the cooling-off period.
- The User has explicitly agreed to waive their right to cancel by starting to use the service.
